2 day service is available for a guaranteed 2 day turnaround on many specialty products. The following criteria must be met in order to guarantee production time:

1. Order and artwork must be received by 2:00pm est.
2. Black and white camera ready art is required.
3. Order must be marked "2 day service" and priced accordingly.
4. Catalog quantities only.
5. One color imprint only.
6. Multiple locaiton imprint, call for approval.
7. If custom logo is required on any ruler or yardstick.
8. Product or paper proofs are not available.
9. Items must be in stock at the time the order is placed.
10. Credit must be established and current. We accept credit cards.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 5-7 working days after receipt of the order. Production time does not include the day we receive the order and will begin after approval of credit and/or proof approaval. Same Day Service is available on selected products. Contact Customer Service for pricing and availability. For large quantity orders, contact Customer Service for production time.
ARTWORK: Email art to art1@centex.net or art2@centex.net.
Photographs: Must be originals or high resolution scans from originals. do not screen or bitmap photos.
Camera Ready Art Requirements: Black and white art must be clean and crisp,printed at 1200dpi (if 1200 is not available, at least 600dpi). Photocopies, faxes, business cards, letterheads, and all non-vector art from the internet, etc. may not be considered camera-ready. Laser prints must be actual size and/or 200% final imprint size. Inkjet prints must be sent at 200% of final imprint size. For multi-color artwork, black and white, color separated artwork with register marks is required (a color composite must also be included.) Any part that requires "touch up" work, color separating, etc. will be billed at $50.00 per hours. NOTE:Our delivery schedule may change depending on the quality of the artwork submitted.

Computer Generated Vector Artwork Requirements
Preferred Programs for Vector Artwork:
*Corel Draw (saved as Corel 8 or earlier)
*Adobe Illustrator (saved as EPS version 8 or earlier. If using Macintosh computers, you must save file with an eps extension)
Please convert all text to curves, outlines or paths. This allows ths art to be usuable regardless of typestyles used. Do nost send fonts. All files imported into Corel Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator (such as TIFFs) should also be included separately and must meet our Raster Artwork Requiremtents. Do not send any files with linked elements. We can also accept files compressed with WinZip or Stuffit.

Computer Generated Raster Artwork Requirements
Digital Art Requirements:
Must be at least 600dpi. Logos off websites (usually 72dpi) are not acceptable. Monochrome bitmapped files must be 1200dpi at actual imprint size or larger; TIFF files are preferred. Grayscale, RGB and CMYK files may require additional charges.
Acceptalbe Media: The above files can be emailed or saved on one of the following and sent to us: 3.5 HD floppy diskette; Zip 100; Zip 250, CD-ROM.
Adjustments:
Please send a sample of the defective merchandise with your written request for return/adjustment. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Claims must be filed within 90 days of ship date or our quality guarnatee is voided.
Cancellations/Corrections: San Saba Printing has the authority to invoice for any incurred costat itme of cancellation and/or correction.
Confirmation Orders: We are not responsible for duplicate orders if confirmation order is not stampled "DO NOT DUPLICATE".
Copy Changes: Must be at least 1/2 the lowest quanitty offered.
Fax Orders: 24 hour fax service is available. Fax orders are considered original orders.
Imprint: Hot stamp imprints are not permanent and cannot be guaranteed against rubbing off.
Imprint Colors: If imprint color is not specified, factory will use the "medium" color offered (ex. med. blue, med. greent, etc.)
In-between Quantities: Lower quantity price applies.
Layout/Ad Copy: Each order must be typed or legibly printed. The San Saba Printing is not responsible for errors from hand written copy. Typestyles will be duplicated as closely as possible when requrested. If copy is too large for item, the San Saba Printing reserves the right to setup the best way to accommodate ad copy.
New Accounts: Must prepay at least the first order and establish credit before we sell on open account.
Plastic Products: Plastic products have a tendency to scratch/scuff during shipping. San Saba Printing cannot be held responsible.
Pricing: All prices are unit prices.
Repeat Order: Submit previous invoice number and date shipped. All information as to item color, and complete ad copy must be clearly shown on new order or factory is not responsible. for esact duplication of setup ir imprint colors, a sample fromt eh previous order must be included. PMS color matches will be chaged on each new order.
Returned Check Policy: $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
